About the role
We're rebuilding the experience of autism care from the ground up. Our goal is to make therapy feel warm and personal, with children seen as full people with stories, spark, and potential. Families are partners, not just accounts, and therapists collaborate rather than just implement.
Responsibilities
- Support children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
- Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
- Implement personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
- Help children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills
- Collaborate with families and share progress in a clear, simple way
- Track session notes and bring your own observations and ideas into care
Requirements
- Currently a Behavior Technician or willing to become one
- Livel nearby with reliable transportation
- Drawn to the idea that your presence could help a child build an entirely new life

Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
