Behavioral Technician (BT)

About the role

We’re looking for Behavior Technicians who share our vision of transforming autism care. You’ll work closely with children in their homes or communities, helping them develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with children, supporting them during play, routines, and learning activities
• Use positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
• Implement personalized therapy goals set by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
• Work collaboratively with families, sharing progress and ideas
• Track session notes and bring your own observations into care

Requirements

• Pass a background check
• Live nearby with reliable transportation
• Be open to learning and growing in this role

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with children and families
• Positive attitude and commitment to making a difference
