Behavioral Technician (BT)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home settings, implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
- Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET) to support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
- Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
- Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
- Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA, adhering to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Daycare or classroom experience required.
- Willingness to work a PART-TIME schedule, Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 4:30pm.
