About the role

The State of Minnesota is seeking a passionate and skilled child and adolescent clinical psychologist to join the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) in Willmar, MN. CABHH is part of the DHS Direct Care and Treatment division and is building a new 16-bed psychiatric hospital designed to provide exceptional care and treatment to young individuals with serious behavioral and emotional conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessment and evidence-based individual, group, and family psychological treatment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate assessment results into the broader treatment plan
• Lead patient treatment conferences and provide consultation on positive behavioral supports
• Assist in risk assessment and management of suicidality and violence
• Engage in continuous improvement of mental health care practices

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical psychology
• Licensed or license eligible Psychologists by the Minnesota Board of Psychology (LP)
• One year post-license experience
• Completion of an APA approved internship specializing in children and adolescents

Pay

$40.63 - $67.13 per hour; $84,835 - $140,167 annually
