Behavioral Health Therapist - Licensed Mental Health Counselor

This role involves supporting the implementation of treatment programs for individuals, families, and groups across diverse age groups. Collaborating with both clinical and non-clinical team members, the candidate ensures a supportive environment reflected in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments
• Providing individual and group therapy
• Documenting progress
• Referring patients for specialized services
• Supporting therapeutic interventions
• Crisis counseling
• Liaising with providers
• Promoting treatment adherence
• Supporting relapse prevention

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent
• Valid mental health license or certification
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred

Schedule

Must be able to work a late shift from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
