Behavioral Health Therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor)
About the role
Behavioral Health Clinicians at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations, including but not limited to internalizing disorders, externalizing disorders, trauma, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development—making therapy meaningful and impactful.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A Master’s-level Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor license in North Carolina (or eligibility).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong pediatric candidates encouraged to apply even if they have less experience.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
