About the role

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is one of Georgia’s largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. More than 700 physicians and 300 associate practitioners work together in a unique integrated care model to provide high-quality care to Kaiser Permanente members. Our focus is on long-term health, effective prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease. Care is delivered across 40+ specialties at 26 medical offices featuring state-of-the-art equipment, labs, imaging services, and pharmacies. We also provide surgical services and around-the-clock care at some of the area’s top hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions
  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD from an accredited university
  • Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions
  • Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention, individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy

Qualifications

  • License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctoral level Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Current license to practice in Georgia

Pay

Compensation is competitive and based on skills, qualifications, certifications, training, and market data.

Schedule

A flexible work schedule following six months of employment, with a hybrid work schedule available.
