Work Schedule

100% FTE, days. This is a hybrid position; you will work in person a minimum of 3 days per week at 2275 Deming Way.

About the Role

Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication.
  • Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
  • Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.

Qualifications

Behavioral Health Therapist:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum – 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults. Preferred – 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required OR Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required. Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required.

Clinical Psychologist:

  • Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum – One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience. Preferred – Not specified.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin. Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required.

Pay

You may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus. The pay range listed reflects both titles and is based on a 1.0 FTE.
