About the role
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate patients' psychosocial status, clinical needs, and risk factors upon admission.
Formulate accurate clinical diagnoses utilizing advanced clinical knowledge and standardized diagnostic criteria.
Develop, implement, and update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Provide high-quality clinical interventions, including individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy as applicable.
Partner actively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive, holistic patient care.

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required:
- Clinical Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Psychologist credentialed from the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker credentialed from the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Therapist credentialed from the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
