Behavioral Health Technician-St. Louis (Greenbrook)
Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers across the St. Louis region. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients in a collaborative environment.
About the role
This full-time position involves floating between St. Louis area centers, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am-7pm, Monday through Friday. Reliable personal transportation is required for travel between centers.
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, and address patient discomfort proactively.
- Deliver empathetic and supportive care while maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- Administer and record psychiatric rating scales.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification.
- Substantial relevant work experience, preferably in patient or customer-facing roles.
- Stable and consistent work history.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
- Reliable transportation to travel between centers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field.
- At least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
