Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience. Consistent work history.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory).
Qualifications
- Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.
- Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).

Pay
Starting at $22.00/hour (commensurate with education and experience).
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm.
