Behavioral Health Technician (Full-Time | 4-Day Schedule)

This Behavioral Health Technician position offers a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) with your paycheck rounded up to 40 hours, giving you more time off without sacrificing income. You'll work directly with children and adolescents in a structured behavioral health program, providing support, supervision, and guidance throughout their day. This role is a great fit for individuals who are currently studying or building a career in psychology, counseling, or behavioral health, or who have prior experience working in a similar setting.
