Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team as a Patient-Centered Technician in Dearborn, MI. Deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers while growing your skills and connecting with patients.

About the role

Primarily based in our Dearborn center, with occasional regional coverage as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required.

Responsibilities

  • Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
  • Meticulously monitor patient responses and administer psychiatric rating scales.
  • Proactively address patient discomfort and deliver empathetic, supportive care.
  • Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR) and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field, plus at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Minimum: Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, plus significant relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
  • Reliable transportation to travel between centers.

Schedule
