What You'll Do
- Provide direct care and support to behavioral health patients
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Absorb patients with daily activities and emotional support
- Observe patient behaviors and communicate changes to the nursing team
- Document patient observations accurately
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- CNA or Behavioral Health Experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- A passion for helping others
