Behavioral Health Specialist - PRN

We are seeking independent‑contract Behavioral Health Specialists to provide health readiness services for military personnel in Utah. Our team delivers care through fixed‑clinic, mobile treatment centers, telemedicine, and portable deployment models.

Responsibilities

• Support the Periodic Health Assessments for soldiers.
• Review Behavioral Health questionnaires.
• Collaborate with military providers on case‑managed patients.

Requirements

• Active Clinical Social Worker license or Master Social Worker license in Utah.
• Prior experience in a clinical social health setting.
• Experience working with military or veterans – preferred.
• Weekend availability.
• Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office.

Schedule

Events are primarily on weekends, with occasional weekdays on an as‑needed basis.
