Responsibilities

• Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
• Prior work experience in other behavioral treatment settings, a plus.
• A valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving the company's vehicles.
• A minimum of 21 years of age.
• To become CPR certified within the first 30 days.

Pay

Compensation for this role ranges from $19.50- $23 per hour depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.

Schedule

Schedules may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced milieu, and a BHS may need to respond to urgent or unique conditions during a scheduled shift.
