About the role
We are seeking a Behavioral Healthcare Provider to support teens, young adults, and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and young adults in a behavioral healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support services
- Assess and document client progress
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice in your state
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices
