Key Responsibilities
- SNF and LTC Partnership Development: Build meaningful relationships with skilled nursing facility administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders to introduce and grow Skilled Physicians Group's behavioral health model
- Clinical Conversations: Use your nursing background to speak confidently about psychiatric outcomes, psychotropic medication management, and the clinical and financial value our behavioral health services bring to SNF and LTC partners
- Territory Development: Identify high-potential skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in your region and thoughtfully prioritize outreach based on behavioral health need and partnership fit
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with facility partners built on trust, clinical credibility, and consistent follow-through
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with our psychiatric physician and PMHNP team to ensure a smooth transition from new partnership to active behavioral health service
- Performance Goals: Work toward clearly defined goals with the full support of our training and leadership team behind you every step of the way
What We Are Looking For
- Clinical Background: Active or former RN, LPN, or psychiatric nurse with experience in behavioral health, skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
- Personable Nature: A natural relationship builder who can walk into any room, connect authentically with people, and leave a lasting positive impression
- Courage and Confidence: The willingness to step outside your comfort zone, introduce yourself to new facilities, and advocate boldly for the value of our behavioral health services
- Behavioral Health Knowledge: Familiarity with psychiatric evaluations, psychotropic medication management, behavioral interventions, and the mental health challenges SNF and LTC residents face daily
- SNF and LTC Familiarity: Understanding of how skilled nursing and long-term care facilities operate, their behavioral health pain points, and the pressures their leadership teams face
- Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn, grow, and develop new skills — we will provide the sales training and tools you need to succeed
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within your region 4 to 5 days per week to build and nurture new partnerships
- Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required; additional behavioral health, psychology, or healthcare management training a plus

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
- Bonus Structure: Performance-based quarterly bonuses tied to partnership growth and account activity
