Behavioral Health RN

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care to behavioral health patients following facility policies. Responsibilities: Completes assessments, analyzes patient data, updates treatment plans, documents care, implements physician orders, monitors safety, supervises LPNs and techs, educates patients and families, applies evidence-based practices, and adheres to professional nursing standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent; no prior experience required. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication, critical thinking, safety awareness, and physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and standing. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license in applicable states, CPR/BLS certification.
