About the Role

Provides direct patient care to geriatric behavioral health patients, ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments
• Develops and evaluates treatment plans
• Documents patient care
• Implements physician orders
• Monitors patient safety
• Educates patients and families
• Supervises LPNs and techs
• Applies evidence-based practices aligned with patient needs and professional standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid RN license in applicable states
• BLS certification
• Demonstrates professionalism, critical thinking, and safety awareness

Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, and sensory acuity.
