BEHAVIORAL HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments to provide the highest level of service.
• Provide care based on each patient’s physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs.
• Apply the knowledge and skills necessary to care for patients in the assigned service area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Minimum of two years of clinical hospital experience.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary staff.
• Working knowledge of current Medicaid and Medicare guidelines.
