Chippewa County is accepting applications for the Quality Assurance and Improvement Coordinator position within the Department of Human Services – Recover and Wellness Consortium (RWC). About the role

This position supports and assists the RWC in providing technical and programmatic assistance for overall administration and management of the Consortium, including quality improvement and compliance monitoring. Collaboration with administration, service facilitators, consumers, and community vendors is essential to ensure positive consumer outcomes within CCS. The role also involves providing responsive, courte and efficient services to County residents and the general public.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist the RWC in providing technical and programmatic assistance for overall administration and management of the Consortium.
  • Oversee quality improvement and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with administration, service facilitators, consumers, and community vendors to ensure positive consumer outcomes within CCS.
  • Provide responsive, courteous, and efficient services to County residents and the general public.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.
  • Social Work Certification preferred; if certification is from another state, employee must obtain a WI State Social Work Certification within one (1) year of employment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Pay

Starting wage: $32.37 – $35.19 per hour, depending on qualifications. Maximum wage: $42.23 per hour.
