Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Supervision: Direct and support outpatient clinical staff, providing oversight to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Clinical Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and update clinical policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current best practices and organizational goals.
- Clinical Supervision Model: Design and oversee a robust clinical supervision model to ensure the fidelity of evidence-based practices, ensuring staff meet high standards of care.
- Ongoing Education: Coordinate and facilitate continuing education opportunities for staff, ensuring training is tailored to the clinical needs of the community and individuals served.
- Integration of New Treatment Models: Stay informed of emerging treatment models and facilitate their integration into the clinical framework, ensuring consistency with ODMHSAS priorities and community needs.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
- Or Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Special Requirements
- Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training etc.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license;
- Position requires participation in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director.
