Job Summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a per diem Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their Behavioral Health team. The position will collaborate with 3 psychiatrists, 6 PMH-APRNs, 6 therapists, and one behavioral health case manager, with plans for department growth.

About the Role

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will support a network of 19 Primary Care Physician (PCP) offices and work collaboratively with a team of 3 psychiatrists, 6 PMH-APRNs, 6 therapists, and one behavioral health case manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, therapists, and behavioral health case managers to provide psychiatric care to patients.
• Support a network of 19 PCP offices.
• Collaborate with other providers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in NH.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or related field preferred.
• Interest in geriatrics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in NH.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing or related field preferred.
• Interest in geriatrics is a plus.
