Responsibilities

• Supports psychiatric providers with medication management and administers psychiatric injections.
• Conducts risk evaluations, treatment planning, and links clients to community resources.
• Performs clinical assessments and provides services driven by client choice through collaborative, motivational relationships in individualized treatment planning.
• Maintains detailed documentation in an electronic health record meeting state, local, and federal performance contract and licensing expectations.
• Exhibits strong organizational and time‑management skills and strong clinical skills and abilities.
• Works both office‑based and in the community.
