Behavioral Health Integrated Therapist- Respite and Outreach

About the role

The Deborah Smith Walsh Recuperative Care Center (RCC) is seeking a talented and compassionate therapist to join their team. You will work alongside colleagues who share your drive and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for respite patients at the Deborah Smith Walsh Recuperative Care program and in outreach sites in Lynn.
• Ensure appropriate and timely decisions are made regarding patient assessments and overall care.
• Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social diagnostic evaluations and translate these into treatment interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Offer crisis management services in urgent situations.
• Create and maintain patient-centered treatment plans, providing ongoing care and assessing ongoing needs and progress.
• Collaborate with other providers involved in the patient's care, including LCHC providers, primary care physicians (PCP), and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Psychology, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LISCW.
• Doctoral or Master's degree with relevant clinical mental health experience.
• Record of good attendance and positive work attitude.
• Experience treating patients from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds with a wide range of behavioral health issues.
• Experience consulting and collaborating with various community agencies supporting individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Previous experience in supervising interns, license-eligible therapists, and staff members.
• Experience in participating in quality improvement activities and program development.
