About the role
The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) position is available at the Precourt Healing Center, a new state-of-the-art inpatient center for behavioral health located in Edwards, CO. This role requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive mental health care to patients in need of psychiatric and mental health support.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Manages crisis intervention and acute psychiatric conditions.
- Works in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong clinical skills and compassion.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred.
- Experience with crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions is highly desirable.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018.
