About the role
As a Behavioral Health Counselor in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to our clients. You will coordinate and monitor various direct care activities for clients in residential and group home settings, ensuring adherence to the NMT model for consistent and appropriate therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning. You will also maintain a clean and safe environment for our clients and ensure the residential facilities are well-maintained.

Requirements
- High school diploma is required
- B.A./B.S. in a related human service field is preferred
- Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred
- Valid NC driver’s license
