About the role
Windom Area Health is seeking a Behavioral Health CNP to join our dynamic team. The position will be integrated with the Walk-In Mental Health Clinic and will provide compassionate, high quality psychiatric diagnostic assessments, handle medication management, and make urgent assessments of persons in crisis.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high quality psychiatric diagnostic assessments

- Make urgent assessments of persons in crisis
Requirements
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
- An active State of MN license
- Candidates with at least one year of experience treating adults and adolescents, and meeting criteria/qualifications for independent practice are strongly preferred

Pay
$99,939 - $149,909/yr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, no call, with occasional evening/weekend commitments.
