About the Role

Harbor Care is seeking an independently licensed Integrated Care Behavioral Health Clinician to join our mission-driven team, providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary team supporting individuals with complex and co-occurring needs in Nashua, NH. Licensed Clinicians may enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule, balancing work and client connection.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, family, and marital therapy
  • Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and clinical evaluations
  • Support clients in crisis with appropriate intervention and care planning
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team across services
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
  • Build positive and professional relationships with clients, staff, and community partners
  • Uphold Harbor Care’s philosophy of care, mission, and organizational values in day-to-day work

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field
  • Licensed in New Hampshire as an LICSW, LCMHC, or Licensed Psychologist
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations
  • Experience with EMR systems and general computer proficiency
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and apply DSM-5 criteria
  • Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dual licensure (LADC or MLADC)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
