About the role
This position provides direct clinical services to individuals experiencing homelessness. The clinician will work with clients to assess needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide counseling and support.Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with other service providers to coordinate care.
- Document progress notes and maintain client records.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Experience with crisis intervention and trauma response.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
