Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of patient and organizational data.

• Affords assistance to patients with eating, mobility, dressing, and toileting.
• Affords assistance to staff with obtaining and recording vital signs.

Requirements

• Education: High school graduate.
• Training and Experience: Previous experience preferred, but not required.

Job Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of the nursing process and nursing principles.
