A Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) provides compassionate, hands-on care to support patient recovery and safety in a structured, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under clinical or nursing supervision.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Respond promptly to patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Prioritize patient safety in all interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Six months of experience with similar patient populations.
• Required: CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certification (training provided).
• First aid may be required based on location.
