Behavioral Health Associate, Pediatric Psychology, Days

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care in a psychiatric care environment under the direction of licensed nursing staff as assigned
• Performs direct and indirect diagnostic, therapeutic, administrative, service and other tasks as appropriate to facilitate safe, quality patient care while ensuring efficient, smooth functioning unit operations
• Applies knowledge and understanding of principles of patient growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for patients

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided

• One year in a healthcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant
