We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML.
Let's craft sections:
About the role
Come work in an environment where we truly value and respect those we serve and believe in the mission that all people can achieve a higher level of wellness and independence. The state supported living centers serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are medically fragile or who have behavioral problems. The centers provide campus-based direct services and supports at 13 centers located throughout the state. If you are looking for a place to work where you can establish a career that is filled with purpose, this is the job for you! The Behavioral Health Assistant works within the Behavioral Health Department (or other department depending on SSLC structure) performing routine duties that support the learning of practical, functional, and meaningful skills, while decreasing challenging behavior. Work involves assisting behavioral health specialists and behavior analysts in the development of Skills Acquisition Plans (SAPs) and/or Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs). This includes taking, entering, monitoring, and reporting various forms of data and completing various behavioral, psychiatric, preference, strengths, functional, adaptive skills or other assessments deemed necessary by the Behavior Health Specialist or Behavior Analyst. Work also includes training direct care staff, assisting in the creation or implementation of PBSPs and/or SAPs, providing special treatment and/or training sessions, substituting for other behavioral health staff at assigned meetings, and other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor in the provision of behavioral health and skill acquisition programming. Works under moderate supervision with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. A flexible work schedule and overtime will be required.
That's a lot but okay. Responsibilities: list from Essential Job Functions (EJFs). We'll make- each bullet.
List items:
- Attends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.

Such participation may require an alternate shift pattern assignment and/or location.
We'll output as

Qualifications: maybe education/experience specifics? Could be similar to Requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications? But instructions: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have Requirements covering both. But they asked to include sections only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for Requirements (screening criteria) and Qualifications (maybe education). However we could treat Qualifications as education and experience preferences. Let's see: The posting mentions "Initial Screening Criteria" includes experience and education preferences. That's basically qualifications. So we could have a Qualifications section with those points. And Requirements could be things like background checks, age, etc. But both are similar. To avoid thin sections, maybe we merge them into one "Requirements" section that includes all. But they asked to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include all if they have content. Let's see if we have distinct content for each.
- Requirements: maybe the mandatory checks, age, etc.
- Qualifications: education/experience preferences.
- Skills: KSAs list.
- Benefits: benefits paragraph.
- Pay: salary range + pay frequency.
- Schedule: shift, telework, travel, overtime, weekends, etc.
Thus we can have all sections.
Let's extract Benefits: "Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% paid employee health insurance for full-time eligible employees, a defined benefit pension plan, generous time off benefits, numerous opportunities for career advancement and more. Explore more details on the Benefits of Working at HHS webpage."
We'll put that in
. Pay: Salary Range: $3,649.83 - $4,594.50, Pay Frequency: Monthly, Salary Group: TEXAS-B-14 (maybe include). We'll put in
. Schedule: Shift: Day, Additional Shift: Days (First), Telework: Not Eligible for Telework, Travel: Up to 5%, Flexibility in work hours may be required, Position may be required to work overtime and/or extended hours, Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Also maybe mention regular full-time. We'll put in
or
- . Since schedule details are multiple items, we can use
- .
Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Explore more details on the Benefits of Working at HHS webpage." That's okay as it's part of benefits description.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat.
Now produce HTML.
