About the role
At Dungarvin we are a mission‑driven team rooted in respect, response and choice. Since 1976 we have provided person‑centered supports that enable individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, or complex medical needs to live as independently as possible. As a Behavioral Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will walk alongside people as they work toward personal goals, build independence, and enjoy the things that matter most to them—whether that means shopping, attending community events, supporting someone at work, or simply helping them have a good day.
