What You’ll Do
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents
- Analyze behavioral data and develop measurable treatment goals
- Provide clinical guidance and support to Behavioral Technicians and team members
- Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and provide ongoing program monitoring rather than direct therapy
- Work in home and school settings, giving you flexibility and variety in your day
