Behavioral Clinician / Therapist

Role: Licensed Clinical Therapist responsible for providing mental health treatment to a diverse patient population. Key Duties: Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders, deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, monitor treatment progress, maintain accurate electronic medical records, and contribute to patient growth efforts. Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field, with an active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Indiana. Preferred experience includes 2+ years of behavioral health service delivery, direct psychotherapy, and proficiency with electronic health records and communication tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential.
