Behavioral Caregiver - Weekly Pay

About the role

Providing one-to-one behavioral intervention services for children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities including self-help, communication, social, cognitive, and motor skills
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Support clients with personal care activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility
• Implement and track data based on the Behavior Support Plan

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of relevant experience
• At least 18 years old
• Preference for experience in educational or healthcare settings, especially with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors
