Behavioral Analyst - School (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis and support within a school setting.
• Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective support.

Qualifications & Skills

• One or more years of experience as a BCBA.
• Licensed to practice as a BCBA in the applicable state(s).
• Active CPR certification may be required.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Duties

• Deliver behavioral health services to students.
• Develop and implement behavior plans tailored to individual needs.
• Cook up coordination with school staff and families for comprehensive support.
