Behavioral Analyst
About the role
The position is located at St. Charles Habilitation Center, 22 Marr Lane; St. Charles, MO 63303. The regular work schedule is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with weekends and holidays off, but schedule flexibility is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- Design and implement behavior support plans
- Enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors
- Aid in the transition to less restrictive settings
- Train team members on implementing the behavior support plan
- Oversee the implementation of the behavior support plan
- Train staff in Basic and Advanced Safety Care, Mental Health First Aid, and other courses as needed
- Maintain a case load of up to 20 consumers, including those in the Crisis Program
Requirements
- Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri
- Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Strong observation and verbal and written communication skills

Pay
$3,597.46 semi-monthly ($86,339.14 annually)
Schedule
Regular work schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with weekends and holidays off, but schedule flexibility is required.
