About the role
Providing one-on-one support to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental or behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
- Help clients develop social and communication skills
- Document client progress
- Implement behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Qualifications
- Passion for working with individuals with special needs
- At least one year of experience with Autism
- Strong communication skills
- Technological proficiency for documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of ABA training
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Current health certifications
- Relevant college coursework or experience in psychology, education, social work, or related fields
