About the role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support children aged 5–12 in their development through ABA therapy in a supportive, team-oriented environment committed to growth and progress.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Work one-on-one with children using play-based activities
- Collect data and communicate with the team
- Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment
- Engage children through play, movement, reading, and games
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Active movement and quick transitions
- Attendance and punctuality
