Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Collect data on every goal, every day using our tech tools
- Teach real-world, meaningful skills that last a lifetime
- Collaborate with experienced Program Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Own reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Reliable, communicative, and eager to learn
- Experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy is a plus
- Playful, patient, and positive personality
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to track progress

Pay
$20–$22/hour (based on experience, education, and credentials)
Schedule
Part-Time to Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM. This is a hybrid role providing ABA support to clients in-center and in-home between our two centers. Center sessions occur between 8 AM–5 PM, and in-home sessions may take place afterward, ending as late as 7 PM. Schedules are planned in advance so you always know what your day looks like.
