About the role

We are seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Our ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional care and support to children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time, with a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before starting work.
