Behavior Technician Role in ABA Therapy

About the role

We are seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Our organization provides exceptional support to children with Autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans directly under the supervision of our clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before starting work.
