Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (Full-Time)

About the role

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians for our growing program. We are now offering a $500 Sign-on Bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress.
  • Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.
  • Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames.
  • Participate in all training that enables performance of duties effectively, efficiently, and competently (e.g., staff meetings, orientation, in-services).
  • Be willing to provide direct care in the Autism Day Health Program if needed.

Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree or RBT Certification
  • PREFERRED: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Registered Behavior Tech certification preferred or willing to become registered within 6 months of hire.

  • Ability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work within a team environment.
  • Confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients, staff, their families, and ChildServe.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.

Schedule

  • Monday- Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm
  • 40 hours per week guaranteed
