About the role

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians for our growing program. We are now offering a $500 Sign-on Bonus!
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress.
- Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written.
- Maintain appropriate records, collect data and complete treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames.
- Participate in all training that enables performance of duties effectively, efficiently, and competently (e.g., staff meetings, orientation, in-services).
- Be willing to provide direct care in the Autism Day Health Program if needed.
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or RBT Certification
- PREFERRED: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Registered Behavior Tech certification preferred or willing to become registered within 6 months of hire.

- Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.

Pay

Schedule
- Monday- Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
