Behavior Technician / RBT - Center (Day Time/After School Hours)

About the role

Responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a day treatment or after school program setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
• Monitor and document progress towards goals
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
