About the role
A Behavior Technician (BT) is responsible for assisting behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and their conditions over a certain timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to behavioral health plans developed by other mental health professionals to provide patients with beneficial care
- Interviewing patients at their home or healthcare facility
- Drafting reports to relay patients' progress to senior mental health professionals
