Registered Behavioral Therapist (Experienced)
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision to support children on the Autism Spectrum
- Follow treatment plans accurately and document sessions per policies
- Collaborate with clients, families, and communities to ensure effective therapy
- Participate in training and uphold ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Create engaging, fun learning environments during playtime to foster development
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year relevant professional experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification (in-person CPR required)
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and clients
- At least 18 years old
- Preferred: Computer proficiency, college coursework in related fields, or enrollment in relevant studies
